4RH2000 Series FULL HYDRAULIC 4 ROLL PLATE ROLL

4RH2000 SERIES are  4 roll, double initial pinch, full hydraulic plate bending machine which will prebend  7/16" plate at full length and roll 9/16" plate to larger diameters. These  units have independent hydraulic adjustment and inclination of both lateral bending rolls, hydraulic pinch adjustment and hydraulic powered rotation of the top roll and pinch roll using high efficiency hydraulic motors and planetary reduction units. Six each LED electronic digital displays monitor the lateral bending roll positions !

We use Siemens CNC OP177, 277 and 377 Graphic Controls with S7 Siemens PLC machine interfaces. 4RH2000-NC and 4RH-PBS units are standard with OP177 Controls. OP277 and 377 controls are optional

4RH-B Machines all have pushbutton controls and LED Readouts are Optional. Choose from 2, 3, 4 or 6 LED's for your convenience.
