4RH100 Series   
are 4 roll, double initial pinch, full hydraulic plate bending machines. These units have independent hydraulic adjustment and inclination of both lateral bending rolls, hydraulic pinch roll adjustment with adjustable maximum pinch pressure, hydraulic drop end for rapid part removal and hydraulic powered rotation of the top roll and pinch roll using high efficiency hydraulic motors and planetary reduction units.

Four roll plate rolls allow flat feeding of the sheet and eliminate wasteful pre-bending steps common to some other machine types.

4-RH-100 Hydraulic 4 Roll Plate Rolls are supplied with rich group of standard features that many other machine manufacturers declare as options.

Our 4RH-100 units are available in the STANDARD version or EXPRESS versions. STD. version machines use machine mounted lever hydraulic controls, the EXP version is equipped with a detached mobile console on a trailing lead using push button low voltage controls.
