OPERATING SYSTEM: Planetary Swing Arm System (PSAS) designed for lateral roll movement permits higher rolling capacities, shorter flats and tighter I.D.'s
Positive Parallelism System (PPS) fluid dynamic automatic leveling on lateral rolls for instant & continuous parallelism using no moving or mechanical parts
Cone Rolling Device & Extended Roll Shafts Included !! Single weldment end frames efficiently distribute bending stress reducing torsional deflection and extending machine life
DRIVE SYSTEM: All 3 Roll Driven via hydraulic motor and planetary speed reducer group for near 100% efficiency.
CONTROL SYSTEM: STANDARD Controls on a swivel mount steel desk mounted to the machine complete with hydraulic distributor levers, pressure gauges and power switches.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Switchgear mounted in NEMA style enclosure with IEC standard DIN rail mounted modular relays, reset breakers and fuse blocks.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: Hydraulic power unit integral to the machine for easy access - SAE/ DIN modular type hydraulic components on all models - Flexible hydraulic hoses reduce vibration for quiet operation.
SAFETY SYSTEM: Multiple point safety system designed with circumferential trip wire guard around machine, emergency stop palm button on console and keyed control lockouts.
