The CARELL LS Series
is a 3 roll, single initial pinch plate bending machine with precision adjustment of lateral bending roll and powered rotation of upper and lower pinch rolls using high efficiency motor/reduction unit.

STANDARD FEATURES
- Both Upper roll and Central Pinch rolls driven by electric motor and oil bath speed reducer through NiCrMo solid stock gears
- Base in electro-welded and/or reinforced spheroidal cast steel, stress relieved
- Lateral roll, idle and moving on roller bearings
- Central pinch roll pinch pressure adjustable by ergonomic easy adjust cam
- Front quick release top roll with rotation lock out safety switch and set lock
- Lateral roll movement via precision heavy duty worm gear and manual wheel crank or optionally powered up/down by efficient drive train system
- Lateral bending roll and pinch roll incline for cone working
- Low voltage foot pedal stand for CW/CCW rotation w/ E-stop palm button
- Multi point safety system including circumferential trip wire
