We also have the capability to produce Dies and Tooling for other manufacturers of Rolling Machines and/or Bending Machines. ORNAMENTAL SERIES BASIC UNIT
The Carell Corp. Ornamental Series Machines Series includes the T-2, T-20, T-40 Machines and a NEW MODEL the T-1 Ornamental Machine. The T-1 Machine, which is the same physical size as the T-2 and T-20, and accepts many of the same tooling options. The basic Tooling Package that is provided with the T-1 Machine does not include the wide array supplied with the other machines, but is fully capable of bending many Ornamental designs required in the market today. Do you need to Bend, Cut, or Produce Standard Rebar Stirrups, Hooks, Spirals, Rings or whatever shape? If so, have you considered the full line of Rebar Machines from the Carell Corp.? We have Machines that Bend up to #12 Bar, Cut up to #16 Bar and Bend Stirrups up to #4 Bar. NOMMA EAGLE/CARELL SHOP TOUR 2007
Eagle Bending Machines and Carell Corporation were proud to host the 2007 NOMMA Show and Convention Shop Tour at our facility located in Stapleton, AL. With attendees bused from the beautiful beaches of nearby Destin, FL the tour was a success in allowing NOMMA members to watch demonstrations of our machinery as well as demonstrations in metalworking performed by fellow NOMMA members.

PRE-BENDING TUBE TECHNIQUE by Jeremiah Weekley

1. Improper starting technique - 2. Proper profile setup/starting technique - 3. Begin rolling
4. Reverse direction bringing leading end back to approx. 10 o’clock position (may vary depending on profile), adjust down with idle/top roll, repeat until desired radius is achieved. - 5. Profile appearance when rolling properly
