Platinum Plus consists of a set of spare parts specific for each machine. Parts will be clearly labeled for easy identification and if a part is used from your Platinum Plus package…simply notify us and we will quickly provide you with the replacement part. Carell Corporation customers will receive a significant price reduction through Platinum Plus when compared to ordering parts separately. In the event that a part is used from the Platinum Plus package and is deemed defective through our warranty claim process, the part will be replaced at no additional charge.

Warranty period is 12 months from date of machine delivery for substitution or repair of those parts deemed by the manufacturer to be defective in materials or workmanship. Machines must be operated within the stated capabilities and used under normal indoor working conditions.

Parts are FOB Carell Corporation and exclude labor. Electrical components are warranted for mechanical construction, materials and workmanship and are not covered if damaged due to power or voltage related issues. Warranty is conditional and subject to limitations.
