MTC Engineers utilize the most up to date equipment and software to design any type of pressure vessel. Compress software enables precise design, 3D imaging utilizing Inventor, EdgeCAM, and ANSYS Workbench. Products include: Compressed Gas Transport Trailers, Bobtail Units, Storage Tanks up to 120,000 WGC, custom fabrication needs of the chemical and refining industries, transport and bobtail repairs and testing to total refurbishment, miscellaneous fabrication including rolled cylinders and drum debarkers.
The main facility is well positioned for interstate highway access and in close proximity to the port cities of Mobile, Alabama and New Orleans, Louisiana. Offering U Stamp, R Stamp, In House engineering, QC & NDE testing, Stress Relieving oven, Blast Booth, and Paint Booth.
