CARELL's 310HV4 double initial pinch universal roll bending machines are available with 6 way multi-axis adjustable lateral guides, variable speed powered rotation of all three bending rolls and independent hydraulic adjustment of the lower rolls for double pre-bending. This versatile unit is ideal for rolling standard/special sections plus tube & pipe in a variety of material types. The 310HV4 Series Universal Roll Set is designed for bending standard profiles, flat bar (on flat and on edge), square bar, tees, channel as well as round bar, square & rectangular tube sections, angles leg-in, leg-out and can be setup to operate in horizontal or vertical position adding further value to your production.
